I'm Daniela Ostovic, and I help small business owners stop compensating for chaos with overtime.

For over a decade, I've built and led customer support and operations teams in fast-growing tech companies, scaling from zero to 30+ people, implementing automation that saved $80-100K annually, and helping teams go from reactive firefighting to proactive excellence.

I've seen what breaks when you scale without structure. I've also learned how to fix it without making things more complicated.
