I’m Daniela Ostovic, a Chartered Manager (CMgr MCMI) with over a decade of experience leading people, building systems and transforming customer operations.

I exist to make a meaningful, grounded contribution to the people and organizations I work with - helping them operate with greater clarity, purpose and confidence. From architecting global support strategies to establishing full-scale support divisions, I’ve led initiatives that improved efficiency, empowered people and elevated customer experiences worldwide.
